How to Remove a Platform Connection

Only the role 'Owner' can remove Connections

To disconnect a Google Ads or Microsoft Ads ad manager account from your organization:

  1. Login to app.adpulse.io

  2. Click on Accounts in the left navigation

  3. Click on Platform Connections

  4. Click on the Actions for the ad manager account and select ‘Disconnect’

Once disconnected, ad accounts for that manager will no longer appear in the Imported or Not Imported list of ad accounts.
