Google Local Service Ads (LSA) data is now active

Adpulse now supports LSAs, allowing you to track, manage, and report on LSA campaign spend and performance just like any other campaign type.

If you want to include/exclude LSA data from a budget, you can use the 'Campaign Type' filter:

Added settings for the Recommendation engine for the Daily Budgets (was Budget Allocation)

We have added settings to the engine that generate recommendations for allocating your daily budget across the campaigns within a budget. This is located on the Daily Budgets page of a budget.

There are two settings you can now edit:

  1. Select Target Budget

  2. Budget Reallocation Limits

Select Target Budget

This helps Adpulse understand the true budget baseline to work from when calculating the recommended budget reallocations.

The options are:

  • Dynamic: uses the Ideal Daily Spend that is calculated daily, based on your Adpulse budget. This is the best option if you're using AutoPacing or manually pacing spend to match your Adpulse budget.

  • Static: uses the total of daily budgets across all live campaigns. We recommend this only if you're not trying to pace spend to a specific budget target.

Budget Reallocation Limits

Choose the maximum reallocation you're comfortable with Adpulse recommending.

For example:

  • Campaign A – budget is $25, it's your best-performing campaign, and it has enough traffic to spend $50/day if given more budget.

  • Campaign B – budget is $75, and it's your worst-performing campaign.

You select 2% as the Budget Reallocation Limit, meaning Adpulse will recommend the following:

  • Campaign A – recommended to increase to $27 (it was previously 25% of the total daily budget, now recommended to be 27% of your total daily budget – the 2% limit prevents a larger upward reallocation)

  • Campaign B – recommended to decrease to $73 (previously 75% of the total daily budget, now recommended to be 73% of your total daily budget – the 2% limit prevents a larger downward reallocation)

This ensures reallocations favour your best-performing campaigns while avoiding large changes that could disrupt bidding performance.

The options are:

  • 2%

  • 5%

  • 10%

New Budget Alert - Spend, but no current schedule

We have added a new Budget Alert that triggers when you have a budget that has no Current Schedule, but we're still getting spend. These are visible on the Budget Alerts tab of the Alerts page

This could be an oversight in schedule creation or spend that should not be happening.
