Unlike the other Ad platform's, ChatGPT doesn't have a Oauth process or the concept of a master/manager account.
Instead you have to connect each ChatGPT ad account seperately, using an API key from within the settings of each Ad Account.
Copy the key, and then you add the connection like the others on the Settings > Integrations > Ad Platforms page
