Adpulse Updates - 29th October 2026

This is a big one! A complete overhaul of Insights (now Optimizations), Alerts, notifications, and the dashboard to make Adpulse easier to use and help you quickly identify the most important things to act on, ranked by severity. Much of this paves the way for AI integration into Adpulse, which will enhance strategy work and speed up actioning Optimizations, so look out for that soon.

What's changing

In short: Insights are now Optimizations, Alerts and Optimizations share one severity system, and you choose notifications by severity rather than per budget.

  • My Day: the Dashboard now pairs your budget graphs with My Day, one consolidated list of every alert and optimization, ordered by severity. It gives you focus: start with the Criticals, filter by severity, and click straight through to act.

  • Optimizations: Insights are renamed and now include the Top 5 Performance Optimizations, in one simplified workspace.

  • Severity everywhere: every alert, including custom ones, and every optimization has a severity you can set: Critical, Important, Opportunity, or Hygiene. Best Practice is now Hygiene, and Wasted Spend sits under Opportunity.

  • Alerts: rebuilt, grouped by ad account and filterable by severity. Custom alerts have more options.

  • Notifications: set by severity, to email, Slack, Teams, and more, with real-time, daily, and weekly options, instead of per budget.

What this means for you

Less time working out what matters, more time acting on it. Everything is ranked by severity, and My Day is the one place to work through the Criticals instead of hunting across pages. You're only notified about what you choose.

By default, that's a Daily Digest of Criticals to users tagged to each ad account, and you can change the accounts, recipients, and frequency for each severity at any time.

Do I need to do anything?

If your notifications currently go to a specific user, Slack, Teams, or another messaging platform, set the recipient once after release. One change, in one place.

My Day

We have simplified the main Dashboard to just the budget graphs and the new My Day section. The Audit View is unchanged. This new section consolidates all optimizations and alerts by severity.

You can:

  • Filter the list by clicking on the colored severity cards

  • Click on a card to be taken to where you can review or take action

  • Update the density of the cards to see more or less info on each card

  • Click through to Optimizations or Alerts filtered by a severity

Optimizations

Now combines Insights and Top 5 Performance Optimizations on a single page, sorted by severity, so they're quicker to prioritize and act on.

You can:

  • Filter by severity, ad account, user, and/or tag

  • Disable optimizations for all or selected accounts

  • Work through all the optimizations found for each client before moving on to the next

  • Update the density of the cards to see more or less info on each card

Alerts

Alerts are now grouped by ad account and filterable by severity, making it faster to see which accounts need review and possible action.

You can:

  • Filter by severity, alert type, ad account, and now status

  • Review all the alerts for a single ad account in one view

Notification Settings

We have simplified how external notifications are managed so you are not overwhelmed: too many emails stop being useful.

Notifications are now set by severity, so you can adjust the severity of optimizations and alerts for simpler control over what you're notified about and when, with Real-time notifications and Daily or Weekly digests available.

The default is a Daily Digest of Criticals sent to users tagged to the ad accounts, but you can customize it.

Feedback

We'd welcome any feedback on these updates, suggestions to improve them, or criticism where we've gone wrong - everything is welcome, as it helps build a better platform for all.
