Introduction
This article explains the Alerts page, where Adpulse shows the Alerts it generates.
[IMAGE: Alerts page, grouped by ad account]
Alerts are grouped by ad account, so you can see which accounts need attention first. Each Alert has a severity (Critical, Important, Opportunity, or Hygiene) that you can change.
The Alerts page shows an Alert's output, not its configuration. For example, the Alert output is "Ad Account spending greater than 90%", whereas the configuration is "Send alerts to X account when spend threshold is greater than 90%".

What you see on the Alerts page
Each ad account is a row. It shows the number of Alerts by type, how long ago the first one was seen, and a count for each severity. Expand an account to see its Alerts.
Each Alert shows its name, its severity, its status, when it was first seen and last checked, and a description that includes the ad account and the budget or campaign it relates to.
Two icons sit at the far right of each Alert. The dollar icon takes you to the budget the Alert is about, and the archive icon archives the Alert.
To action Alerts in bulk, select them with the checkboxes, and use the Action button at the top right.
Filter the Alerts
Use the filters at the top to focus on what matters:
Tag, Platform, and Ad Account: Narrow the page to your own clients, a platform, or one account.
Status: Open by default. You can also choose All, Resolved, or Archived.
Severity: Show only Critical, Important, Opportunity, or Hygiene Alerts.
Category: Choose All Budget Alerts, Admin, Manually Created Budget Alerts, Custom Budget Alerts, Spikes and Drops, or Others.
Alert Type: Show one alert type, such as Ad Account Credential Failure or Budget Campaigns Paused. Each Status, Category, and Alert Type option shows how many Alerts it contains.
Date range: The last 90 days by default.
Alert types explained
Alerts are grouped into categories, and each category contains specific Alert Types. Use the Category and Alert Type filters to browse them.
Budget Alerts
Budget Alerts are about budget spend and pacing. They are either system-generated, such as AutoPacing can't increase daily budgets, or created by you as a Custom Budget Alert <insert Link>.
Admin Alerts
Admin Alerts are system-generated Alerts about ad account inaccessibility and credential issues.
Spikes and Drops Alerts
These are Alerts you create to catch sudden changes in a metric. Read Spikes and Drops Explained <insert Link>.
When an Alert goes away
Some Alerts resolve automatically when they no longer apply. For example, an Alert for a budget above 90% of spend resolves when a later check finds it back under that threshold.
Admin Alerts don't resolve, so archive them once you've reviewed them. To archive any Alert, select the archive icon at the far right of its row.
Create and edit Alerts
Select Create an Alert at the top right to set up your own Alerts, and Edit Alerts to edit your existing ones.
