How to create, edit and download notes

In Adpulse you have the ability to add notes to tasks you complete within the platform, with these then being able to be downloaded to use in client reporting. Each note contains:

  • Ad Account

  • User

  • Date

  • Note


Adding a note

On the right-hand edge of the platform is a floating tab that contains two buttons:

  • Add a note

  • View and edit existing notes

You can create a note by pressing N - this will open the 'Add new note' modal

  1. Click the 'Add a note' button or press N

  2. A modal will open that will contain the below fields:

    1. Ad Account (this will pre-populate if within an Ad Account in Adpulse)

    2. User - this is the logged-in user

    3. Date - defaults to today, but can be back-dated

    4. The note section - max 500 characters

    5. Save - you can press 'enter' to save the note


Viewing and editing notes

  1. Click the 'Edit Note' button

  2. Use the filters to;

    1. Select Users

    2. Ad Accounts

    3. Select a date range

  3. Select the note and either:

    1. Click the pencil to edit it

    2. Click the trash can to delete it


Downloading the notes

You can download the notes as a CSV to use in your client reporting.

  1. Click the 'Edit Note' button

  2. Use the filters to;

    1. Select Users

    2. Ad Accounts

    3. Select a date range

  3. Click the Download Icon
