Overview

You can update the Future budgets in two ways:

  • If you can't see this column, you might need to add it or move it using the 'edit colums' button

Please note: The only time Adpulse will make a change to a budget target automatically is when AutoPacing has been turned on


Updating from the Budget page

You are able to update the next periods budget target using the 'Future Budget Target' column on the budget page.

This will update the budget target for the next consecutive budget schedule. If there is no consecutive budget schedule, then this field will be null.

  • If the next consecutive budget schedule is a recurring schedule, it'll update the Budget Target for all future recurring schedules

  • If the next consecutive budget schedule is a custom schedule, it will only update the Budget Target for that custom schedule

Updating from within the Budget Settings

You can update any Budget Schedule from the Budget settings page.

  1. Use the triple dot menu and select 'Edit Budget Settings'

  2. Under the Schedules section you'll see:

    1. Past: these are previous budget schedules - there could be multiple

    2. Current: this is the budget schedule for the current time period, as in todays date is within the start and end date of the schedule

    3. Future: These are any budget schedules that start in the future - there could be multiple

  3. You can update Future Budget Schedule Targets in two ways:

    1. Inline - similar to updating via the budget page

    2. Using the triple dot menu to 'edit' the schedule
