Previously, this functionality was called non-user contacts, but is now called Messaging/CRM
You can add various Messaging/CRM integrations to your account, leveraging the email addresses these platforms use to create messages or tasks. You can also use this to send notifications for email groups, rather than specific users.
Once created, you can then use these as recipients for alert notifications throughout the platform.
How to create a new Messaging/CRM integration'
Click on 'Add New'
Select a platform
Enter a name for the integration
Enter the email address from the third-party platform
This will then appear on the Budget Settings page as a potential recipient for Alerts
