Keywords Performance Dashboard Explained
Updated over 9 months ago

Introduction

We've made managing Keywords in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads super fast. We've done the heavy lifting upfront by automatically categorizing each keyword, so you can focus on the ones that need some love while the ones performing well can keep on keeping on...

There are various actions you can take like 'Pause Keyword' - which you might want to apply for some poor performers - or maybe you want to gather some more data before you make a call, so you can 'snooze' the result and it'll wait before it checks it again - it might then move from an average performer to good one.

How the Keywords Performance Dashboard Works

The Keyword Performance Dashboard works similarly to the other Performance Pages, where we have pre-categorized your Keywords into helpful buckets, so you can review and action them quicker. The red ones look like they need attention or are wasting money, the yellow ones are average performers and the green ones are doing great!

The Categories

Category

Description

Status Issues

These Keywords have one or more status issues.

Good Performance

Your best-performing keywords - try expanding reach with different match types to take advantage of great performance!

Average Performance

Keywords that perform in line with your campaign averages show up here.

Poor Performance

These keywords seem to be performing much worse than the campaign average. Could be time to pause them?

Low Data

These keywords have only a few conversions and not a lot of spend, so we can't categorize them yet.

High Spend

High spenders that are not converting. Great candidates for pausing.

Average Spend

Moderately spending keywords that haven't spent too much in the last 30 days but also haven't converted yet, so they are just sitting here and waiting to get enough data to be categorized as either good or bad.

Low Spend

Small spending keywords that have not yet converted (last 30 days) - not much to do on these yet.

No Clicks

Keywords with impressions but no clicks in the last 30 days
