Setup Email Notifications for Alerts and Insights

Receive Alert and Insight notifications via email

Adpulse can now email you, or multiple users, when an Alert or an Insight is generated. Email notifications can be sent immediately, collated into a daily summary - or both.

For example, you might have some important Accounts where you want Critical Alerts to be emailed immediately to the person(s) managing the account. Then some lesser important accounts, where you want Critical Alerts and Insights complied and sent every morning.

Any or all Insight categories can be configured to trigger Immediate email notifications. While the Daily summary automatically includes all of the Insight categories.

Immediate Email Notifications

You can now receive immediate notification emails when Insights have been created by Adpulse. Simply select which Insight categories(s) and the Ad Account(s) and each time an Insight is created the associated Users for the Ad Account will immediately be sent an email. Note: The relationship between Users and Ad Accounts has also been updated - see above.

You can select from any or all of the Insight categories: Critical, Opportunity, Best Practice, and Wasted Spend. You can also select from any or all Ad Accounts.

Daily Summary emails

You can now receive a Daily Alert Summary for your accounts via email. This summarizes how many of each Insight type you have for your selected accounts - you can select all, some, or none of your Ad Accounts. Note: The relationship between Users and Ad Accounts has also been updated - see above.
