New 'Audit' dashboard
We have created an 'Audit' Dashboard as an alternative to the existing Dashboard - you can flick between either of these using the button in the top right.
The Audit version provides more explanation of the different sections and data, and presents them in a slightly different format. This is to aid getting up to speed with the platform more quickly, plus it provides more of an 'audit' view of the data, should you filter down the selection.
Pmax search terms in Close Variant Manager
You can now use the Close Variant Manager to review your Pmax search terms and add negatives.
This will be a game-changer for those relying heavily on Pmax, as you can now add Allowed Terms (think a keyword list held in Adpulse) in the Close Variant Manager, and all non-matching Search Terms will be categorized as Close Variants. You can then add negatives or more Allowed Terms to reverse engineer a list of 'Keywords' (Allowed Terms) for your Pmax campaigns.
8th Jan 20226: Automation for adding Close Variants for Pmax Campaigns is now live
New Insight: Single Word Search Term
Identifies when one or more search terms consist of a single word (no spaces).
Single-word queries often indicate low user intent and typically perform poorly in terms of conversion. This insight highlights these terms so users can easily review and decide whether they should be excluded or ignored (as some single-word search terms can be highly relevant, like brand terms)
